If we knew how infinite the universe really was, I mean really “knew” - right down to the bones - we’d never question our sense of worth or value. We’d just know ourselves in the same light and the same infinite beauty and wonder contained in the smallest particle to the largest planet.
Like the old saying goes, “can’t see the forest through the trees.” The same is true for how we experience ourselves. As we grow we take on habits of belief that don’t reflect the truth or beauty of who we truly are – light.
Our beliefs can become glasses we wear that color our view of everything - and not the rose colored kind! Habits of belief are powerful. Many have become familiar friends, and some serve an important role in our lives. Our beliefs allow us to know who we are in the world - as parents, friends, lovers, spouses, employees, etc.
The essence of healing or spiritual work is to re-learn to see ourselves from the truth. To grow beyond limiting beliefs into the greater reality that awaits us – the one that says we are whole heartedly every bit as spectacular as any particle or any planet in any universe! Yes, spectacular! Yes. You!
What beliefs color your view of the world? Do you feel safe? Joyful? Connected to spirit? What beliefs color your view of yourself? What beliefs do you hold that no longer serve you? What are you ready to release?
When we are able to release old patterns of belief we make room for infinite possibility.
