You’ve been working on manifesting your inner strength and your superpowers and you’ve totally leveled up into the next phase of abundance Air Signs! Good work.
So, are you doing the happy dance of gratitude yet, or are you feeling completely overwhelmed by what you’ve conjured up?I bet you’ll never underestimate the power of your own magic again.
Breathe. Take it in. Everything is okay. It’s okay if it takes you a few days, weeks, or months to let this new energy settle into your bones. I know it doesn’t quite feel like home yet, but it will.
You’re probably wondering “what now?” What do I do in this “settling in” period when all my magical powers are dampened beneath the radiant energy now permeating every aspect of my life. Don’t panic. Like I said, everything will be okay, I promise. I’ll share a little trick with you to get you through the next few weeks.
First, imagine you’re inside a glorious translucent bubble. Inside this bubble you are protected. It’s your very own sacred space for you to grow – and you do! So much in fact you outgrow the current bubble, bursting forth, right into the next glorious bubble.
As you arrive in this new bubble you quickly realize that you're magnificently small within this overwhelmingly large sacred bubble. Initially it all feels so wrong. In fact, you may feel so uncomfortable you might begin to doubt what you’re even doing in this bubble, how you got there, and what you’re supposed to accomplish in it.
Everything that once felt steady and familiar is new. You might want to run and hide or disappear altogether. The energy feels serious, maybe heavy and depressing. This is called a “growth” period. Welcome!
Remember I said I’d share a little trick with you? Here is it. All that serious heavy energy is nothing but a thing. You don’t actually have to sit in the seriousness. You can instead celebrate the discomfort. Dance in it. Write a silly song about it. Invite your friends to a “growth” party to tell silly stories. Laugh. Give yourself permission to enjoy the ride of your transformation and growth. There is no rule that say's we have to take growth so seriously!
Amuse yourself. Celebrating the energy of seriousness (growth) immediately shifts things - bringing lightness to your heart – instantaneously. Now you can experience ease where there was strain. Try it out and let me know how it goes. I have faith in you Air Signs! Keep up the good work.
