Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their session and receive a full refund if notification is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in no refund or a partial refund at the discretion of LIGHTGUIDED. Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment may do so using the online booking feature. Practitioner Cancellation: In the event that the practitioner is unable to conduct a session, clients will be promptly notified via email or phone, and every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
