Energy Healing is a powerful tool to clear and balance energies that may be interfering with your overall sense of emotional & physical wellbeing. Energy Healing doesn’t “cure” your concern or ailment. Rather, it clears the way so healing can happen. The goal of our work together is to move out energies that no longer serve you - creating space in your energy bodies so the natural flow of healing light can return to balance.

 

Distance Energy Healing sessions are held live via ZOOM. Initial sessions are 60 minutes.

Follow up sessions can be booked in 30 or 60 minutes sessions, as needed. 

 

Sessions may include periods of silence, guided meditations, and other interactions.

Energy work ranges from 25-40 minutes and is based on what unfolds in the session (not the clock).
