Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Missed Appointments, Refund Request Policy: Live Psychic Readings: Clients may cancel their session and receive a full refund if notification is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refund requests made less than 24 hours before the session may result in no refund or a partial refund at the discretion of LIGHTGUIDED. Missed Appointments: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund. Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment may do so using the online booking feature. Workshops: Participants who wish to cancel their registration and receive a full refund must notify LIGHTGUIDED at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop. Refund requests made after this period will be considered at the discretion of LIGHTGUIDED. To request a refund after the 72-hour period, participants must email Lisa Jackson, including the original order number and the reason for the refund request. Late refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Missed Workshop Sessions: Failure to attend a scheduled workshop cannot be refunded. Sessions are not recorded. Practitioner Cancellation: In the event that the practitioner is unable to conduct a session, clients will be promptly notified via email or phone, and every effort will be made to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time.
