I hold a Masters Degree in Counseling from an Accredited University, am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor. *Credentials

In addition to my formal training in Counseling I am a Natural Empath have certification in Energy Healing; am a earning certifications in Spiritual Counseling and am a certified Wholistic Kinesiologist.

My role as a therapist is to reduce barriers, increase awareness and insight, reflect hope and encouragement, and teach strategies that allow you to make shifts from ineffectual functioning to creating a sustainable and fulfilling life.

In drawing from traditional counseling strategies, energy healing, and spiritual counseling modalities we can begin to unblock energies/thoughts/behaviors that may be keeping you from moving ahead with clear intention and living, fully, the life you are meant to have.

It's easy to get lost on the road to our truest self...

   Sometimes depression, anxiety, and fear keep us from moving along our paths with intention. Important experiences intended for our growth sometimes overwhelm us and become our central focus—keeping us stuck and preventing us from moving forward toward our greater potential. Divine intends for all spirits (having a human experience) to have hope, love, wellness and light.

   Hope is the ever present feeling that we can always move toward healing; Love is the awareness that we are not alone in our awakening or the journey along the way; Wellness is physical, mental, and emotional well being (a gift that is available to us all, anytime we need it); Light is the energy that guides us. When we are aligned in hope, love, wellness, and light our journey unfolds in amazing ways. When one of these areas is out of balance all areas of our lives are affected. We walk through life at half mast; as if the light of our inner being has been turned down to a dim flicker.

   Lets begin to unblock the energies that keep you stuck and make room for a brighter light . Healing is possible. The love and guidance you need to manifest your truest self in this life is available to you anytime; ask and it shall be given. May the many blessings that are yours be present in your life.
